About the Position

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will craft an appropriate B2B Marketing strategy for SA and WA to support the Commercial objectives. You will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to understand business needs and develop, deploy and refine various B2B marketing activities to target customer groups. These activities should drive awareness / purchase / customer retention and drive revenue growth to meet budget targets and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop a comprehensive B2B Marketing strategy for both WA and SA.
  • Develop and implement relevant brand and product frameworks.
  • Support Brand Managers to develop comprehensive product Go To Market strategies.
  • Collate and maintain the multi-channel communication calendar and ensure relevant inputs from various departments.
  • Ensuring marketing activities are successfully implemented, integrated, and delivered
  • Develop and implement marketing programs that deliver website traffic, sales enquiry and brand health metrics.
  • Develop Email campaign content, customer journeys, audience maintenance and deploy to target customers.
  • Ensure product related LSSA website content is developed, deployed and refined as required.
  • Ensure appropriate measurement of marketing activities and recommend refinements based on data led insights and customer feedback.
  • Ensure the ongoing management of the Marketing budget.
  • Understand the Product and Sales team requirements and integrate into the Marketing plans as appropriate.
  • Producing and implementing an efficient marketing plan, seeking to make optimal use of allotted budget
  • Providing reports and responding to information requests from management
  • Monitoring the strategic marketing plan to achieve the required sales and marketing KPI’s

Key Capabilities

To succeed in this challenging role, you will have

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant business, marketing or communications.
  • Previous experience developing a B2B Marketing strategy and delivering finely tuned go to market strategies
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Clear and concise written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated creative flair and development of innovative solutions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, pragmatically, and with influence.
  • A positive, 'can-do’ attitude.
  • A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders both externally and internally.
  • Highly developed presentation skills with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge / experience working within CRM platforms
  • Direct marketing experience (customer journeys, content development, execution, understanding of analytics/reporting)
  • Understanding of Pardot and Salesforce Sales tool preferred.
