The Shared Services Officer Role, reports to the Team Leader of Shared Services and is responsible for three main segments within Land Services SA (LSSA), Industry, product, and valuation support. Our Shared Services Team deliver high quality Customer Service in a busy, fast paced environment, interacting with clients through face-to-face service, phone and written communication and data capture. Customers will include conveyancer’s, solicitor’s, lawyers, real estate agents, planners, developers, Valuers, and the public. The role requires developing rapport with Customers and providing them with an appropriate level of service.
All key responsibilities within the Shared Services Team will be cross skill over the below segments and will be required to support each other.
