Past employment includes roles as the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young SA, where he also led their Corporate Finance business division, and as an Associate Director at Macquarie Bank, where his responsibilities included transaction origination and completion across a variety of industries.
Ani has been a director of the Board of LSSA since its inception in October 2017. She is also a member of LSSA’s Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committees.
Ani is a Division Director of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) and leads MIRA’s acquisitions in registry assets. Prior to joining MIRA in January 2016, Ani worked for a number of other leading global infrastructure managers in London and Sydney. During her career Ani has been part of the investment and/ or asset management teams of companies including LSSA, Elenia Oy, Redexis, and Associated British Ports. She was a director of the Board of Elenia Oy for two years from 2012.
Fiona has over thirty years of experience in leading the design, development and deployment of global, real-time, operationally critical systems.
She is currently a Director at LSSA and Chair of the Risk Committee, Director at Western Sydney Airport Co, Airservices Australia and Metcash Limited.
She was former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and member of the Executive Committee for Qantas from 2001 to 2006 and served as the CIO and member of the Senior Leadership Team for Telstra from 2006 to 2007. Additionally she was a Director of The Australian Red Cross Blood Service
Richard Chang is a Senior Director, at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). With over 20 years of experience in finance and investment, Richard has deep industry knowledge and expertise in the transportation sector, specifically ports, airports, and roads. After joining PSP Investments in 2015, he was instrumental in leading the team responsible for PSP Investments’ first investment in the land registry sector in Australia. Richard recently lead the acquisition of Forth Ports and subsequent sale of several minority interests to long term investment partners.
Prior to joining PSP Investments, Richard spent seven years with The Carlyle Group in New York in their Infrastructure team, five years with Lazard in London in their Financial Institutions Team and six years with National Australia Bank in Melbourne
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Honours) from Monash University, a Master’s degree in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Richard is on the Boards of Forth Ports and Land Services SA.
John has over 30 years experience leading businesses principally in the data and technology space. He was most recently Executive General Manager at Veda (now Equifax Australia) where he held responsibility for leading the major business lines, and managing strategy, innovation, marketing and acquisitions. Prior to Veda, John was Asia Pacific President for SunGard (now FIS), and prior to that he was a Partner at KPMG.
